Every appointment is specially tailored just for you.
We understand that life can be busy and things can pop up unexpectedly.
The below process will ensure that everyone can receive the pampering they deserve and have booked for.
A booking fee of $50 is required to book your appointment, this fee will be deducted off your final payment on the day of your appointment.
Following your booking a confirmation SMS (text message) will be sent to you 3 days before your appointment, to confirm your appointment please reply 'YES' to the SMS.
If you cannot attend your appointment please advise at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. This gives us time to schedule other guests and appropriately reschedule you for your future appointment.
Cancellations made before 48 hours will have the option of having the booking fee reimbursed or passing it onto the rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the 48 hour cancellation period will forfeit the $50 booking fee and will not be able to pass this on to any future appointment.
Guests that do not attend their appointment (without advising) will forfeit their booking fee and will be required to pre-pay in full for any future appointments and will need to give minimum 48 hours notice for any cancellation. Cancellations after this period will lose 50% of the pre-paid appointment, failure to attend will forfeit the full pre-paid amount and will no longer be able to receive services from HairyAdelaide.
In the unlikely case you are not happy with your hair, please get in touch with us immediately as we offer adjustments for a two week period following the original appointment date.
